K AND K LLCDo not fall for any positive reviews by others, possibly given by family or relatives. Luis aided by his young son Karl are scam artists. They will usually under quote everyone including decent proposals by 25-30% and try to get the contract. Once they get it, they will want the first deposit/lump sum.
